How do I leave my laundry for the first time if I don’t have branded bags yet?

For your first service, simply leave your laundry in disposable bags. We’ll return your clean laundry in our branded, reusable bags for future services. The first bag is free! Our bags are thick and sturdy, and when rain is expected, we add an extra clear bag for protection.

Where do I leave my laundry for pickup? Where will it be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Most commonly, we pick up and deliver from the front door, but we’re happy to customize! We’ve accommodated pickups and deliveries from garages, back doors, or even different addresses (like when moving). Just let us know your preference. Please make sure pets are secure and away from the pickup and delivery area.

What time will my laundry be delivered?

Our standard pickup and delivery window is 8AM to 11AM. If we’re delayed, we’ll send you a text so you know laundry is still on the way. Do you need a narrower window (like before 10AM) or an alternate time (like after 11AM)? Just ask! We’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Question 4

Do I have to provide detergent?

We provide Tide Original and ECOS Free & Clear detergent, plus scented dryer sheets. You’re welcome to supply your own detergent or add-on products if you prefer. For recurring services, we’ll hold onto your products and notify you when it’s time to restock. For one-time services, your products will be returned with your laundry.

What is included with the service?

Our service includes pickup, wash, dry, fold, detergent, dryer sheets, and delivery. Pickup and delivery are included at no extra charge. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our service area such as Caldwell, Navasota, or Wellborn, evaluated case by case.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

Our standard service has a 2-day turnaround. Expedited, next-day service is subject to availability, just ask!
